Hello! My name is Beth, and I have had animals around me for as long as I can remember. I grew up on a llama farm in Iowa where I had plenty of barn cats, a pony, and a cattle dog who lived to be 18. As an adult, I have always had at least one cat in my home with me, ad a minimum! I had two guinea pigs for about 6 years, and now have two senior cats, two youngster cats, and an energetic young cattle dog. I am happy to care for other creatures if you have a unique friend who needs a sitter, as well.

I am happy to provide potty breaks, walks, love and pets, or check on food/water/litter boxes. If you have a pocket pet or small cage-based friend I'm happy to watch them from my home, as well!

Beth is friendly and really knows cat personalities! Super helpful in my case with a young energetic large male and a tiny elderly female that do not do well together. She did not even blink an eye when I explained what needed to be done while I was gone. I have had trust issues with pet sitters in the past, but I think my trust has been regained!

Beth always does a great job taking care of the two kitties—picking up what they’ve decided to knock over, closing the drawers they opened, and finding where they’re hiding to take a few pictures. She even got one of our cats to hang out for petting!
This is the second time Beth has watched the two kitties while we were out of town. Just like last time, she did a great job taking care of them and sending photos every day! I’ll book her again next time we go on vacation!

Schedule
I work from home on a typical 8-5 schedule, but there is flexibility around meetings and projects so I can pop in if your pet needs a potty break (although it may not always be at a specific time if I have a meeting). I am currently doing Rover drop-ins on a selective basis pretty close to my home (my full time job and my own pets take a lot of energy). Feel free to reach out if you've got questions!
