Hi my name is Beth! I have extensive experience with dogs. I’ve worked for a dog walking company, at a grooming salon, for a boarding facility, and then owned my own boarding company for 8 years before moving out of the state to Ohio. I recently stopped working at a humane society as an animal cruelty investigator and have gone back to dog boarding full time, my passion! I’m typically home with my two dogs or walking them through parks. I often have foster dogs as well, I foster frequently through Heart of Michigan Bernese rescue. Overall I’ve worked with thousands of dogs and have a particular expertise with Bernese Mountain Dogs, back in my home state of Washington I boarded over 250 on a regular basis. I believe in providing a home boarding experience, the dogs are allowed where ever they like and are treated like my own fur kids. I have two sweet and playful dogs of my own but can separate if need be. I am happy to take anything from puppies to hospice seniors.

We were in the area last year for the week and Tucker stayed with Beth for several of those days, and it was great to be able to come back this year and do a repeat. Beth is great to work with and my pup is happy and healthy! We will back again next year!
Beth is amazing! My super hyper 1 year old lab loved her! I love how she has experience with big dogs & the way she introduced my dog to the other dogs was amazing. I will definitely be a regular after today’s visit! ❤️
This was the 4th time Rhys stayed with Beth. He was up with his head out the window as soon as we got close to her driveway. I handed over the leash as he greeted her. Then he trotted off with tail wagging to the yard without a backward glance. Not always the case when I drop him off. He really likes his visits with Beth. She is also very solicitous of his age and I appreciate her feedback.
We had a last minute trip and Beth wasn’t just accommodating a last minute request, she was accommodating the first time our buddy ever stayed somewhere he hadn’t been before. He was anxious at a new place but Beth was great and provided updates. Ardem ended up making great new friends and we were able to enjoy a night knowing he was in good hands. I would highly recommend. Thanks Beth! 🐾
Beth took such great care of our boy while we were gone! It is so hard to find someone to dog sit our 165lb Saint Bernard and she was happy to! He had so much fun while staying with Beth!
Beth was incredible with my two German Shepherds. She is very knowledgeable, experienced, and caring and it shows! I would recommend her and her home to anyone looking for an incredible experience!

Zeitplan
I spend most of my time at home so your dogs will rarely be left alone. They will have their own living area and toys, and the company of my own dogs if they would like. Happy to crate if needed! We spend lots of time playing outside supervised :)

I am very experienced in safety and it is a huge priority. I have a fenced in backyard but your dog will never be left unsupervised outside. When unsupervised inside, they will be contained to a safe large living area or crate if preferred.

Ein typischer Tag
I live near Pearson Park and Maumee state park, I enjoy walking one or the other every day. I love to make kongs and provide food puzzles. Otherwise it’s just lots of time in the yard with supervised play time and cuddles on the couch when the weather won’t cooperate.
