She was nice when we met and she said that everything needed for my girl seemed super easy and that I didn’t need to write it down for her. I wish she would’ve just said she couldn’t remember or at least asked questions. The water bowls were disgusting and nearly empty when I returned. The treats that I specifically said not to give her due to her diet were given to here multiple times. My instructions for what to do with the house key were completely disregarded and the key was put in the most obvious spot. I received very little communication and had to ask if I wanted to know how she was doing. I received duplicates of pictures on my Rover cards and one day didn’t receive a card at all, which I had to ask about it instead of her telling me there was a technical issue from the start. I’m not sure if this was a one off experience or what happened since all of her reviews were great. Regardless, I would not recommend.

Arrived on time and the girls were very happy!
