Please let me know if your pet has any special needs or behaviors that I can account for, including any allergies and medical concerns. If I'll be walking your dog, please let me know whether it is safe for your dog to interact with adults, children, and other dogs. Lastly, please make sure that your pet's veterinarian info and emergency contact info are readily accessible.
A typical day
For drop-in visits, I'm happy to provide playtime (indoor and/or outdoor), potty breaks, cuddles, feedings, meds, clean-up, etc. Just let me know what your pet needs. For dog-walking, I can take your dog(s) around your neighborhood, and I can follow a specific route if you'd like. Depending on your location, I can walk your dog at a nearby public trail/park within walking distance of your home, such as the North Beach boardwalk. I'm happy to send photos of your pet so that you feel at ease. :-)

***BACK FOR SUMMER 2026!*** 😀 A lifelong animal lover and pet owner, I began my pet caretaking journey in 2011 when I was living and working in Ankara, Turkey. Wanting to help with the overwhelming stray animal population, I joined a local rescue group and fostered cats and dogs in my home. Several years later, after relocating to Baltimore, MD, I enjoyed doing petsitting for friends and colleagues from time to time. I've lived in Chesapeake Beach, MD since 2021. In addition to being an educator and artist, one of my favorite activities is spending time with animals. I’ve volunteered at an animal shelter in Prince Frederick, MD, where I've learned about dog handling and behavior modification. I'm fortunate to have a close-knit community of loved ones, and petsitting for them has truly brought me so much joy. I adopted Bilbo, my beagle, in May 2024. He loves to cuddle, go on adventures, and meet new friends. He’s silly and stubborn!
