We are caregivers by nature, having have been Teachers and dog parents for 24 years each! Mark still teaches but Beth is home full time. We are aware of and attentive to the needs of all pets. If we’re not empowering children, we enjoy being home relaxing. We have calm & patient personalities and feel a great deal of reward working with children and animals. The innocence and unconditional love of a dog is all we need! We would love the opportunity to get to know your dog and develop a relationship with him/her. We will make sure your pet feels loved and spoiled, safe at home and safe while you travel. We will send you pictures and updates all the time so you feel comfortable knowing you can relax and enjoy yourself!

Beth and her husband are amazing ! They got in time, they follow our instructions and there were not issues at all. Blueberry did her business and enjoy her walk with them.
Beth took great care of Miaomiao. She sent me several pictures and kept me updated for everything Miaomiao did. Miaomiao really enjoyed staying in their house. Also, we really appreciate Beth accepting our urgent request! We would love to recommend her to everyone!
This is the second time Beth and Mark have taken care of our 2 pitties Smitty and Henry, and let me tell you they are officially auntie and uncle. They needed no reminder of their schedule. Left our place in perfect condition. Sent all the pictures and details without needing reminders. Even picked them up from our friend’s place (with a bed in the car and everything) to accommodate our urgent travel plans. They’re the best. And cannot recommend them enough. 🥹♥️
Beth and her husband were wonderful. They watched my Jules at a last minute. They made him feel so comfortable and kept sending me updates. I highly recommend them as they are very nurturing to animals
There are ZERO words that capture just how AMAZING Beth and her husband Mark are! We left our not-so-small pittie babies with them for 2 weeks while we traveled - not an easy feat trusting anyone for that long as I’m sure you can imagine. Nope! They put all concerns to ease - constant communication, so many pictures and videos, treated our babies just like their babies with massages and everything. Called immediately when there was a slight issue with Henry’s allergies and were ready to act as needed (thankfully it was nothing). PLUS they left our home in perfect, pristine condition. Do not look any further fellow pet owner! Book them. Just not so much that they are not available for our two. : ))
Beth and Mark were amazing! They went above and beyond making my dog feel comfortable, happy and safe-especially during a bad thunderstorm. They sent tons of pictures and updates which I loved. I would highly recommend!

Schedule
Hi! We’re Beth & Mark …. Team Bark! We are both educators of 24 years and looking to spread more love to our four legged friends! Mark still teaches but Beth is home full time. We’re available 24/7. We’ll be home when your dog is in our care! :) If we are not at the dog park, or out, exploring with the dogs, we are homebodies who would prefer to spend time with dogs than people!! :)

Safety, trust & environment
We are diligent and very aware of the needs of animals. Being thorough, paying attention to details and treating your dog as our own are all important to me. Your pet will have a safe and comfortable place to rest. Potty breaks and getting fresh air during walks every few hours is something your dog can look forward to! Keeping your dog on their normal schedule will create stability and confidence in your dog and is our top priority!

A typical day
We love to walk & enjoy exploring new places and seeing all the interesting things this beautiful world has to offer! If your dog likes car rides, we’ll go to the beach and watch the sunset, walk through tree-lined streets and look for lizards, iguanas and bugs together! Just as much as exploding, we love to snuggle after a long walk and chill out! Your dog is welcome to snuggle up with us too! All our furniture is dog friendly… :) Interacting with your dog is crucial to his/her happiness and we’ll be sure to care for your dog as if he/she was our own. We even give massages!!
