I provide a calm, clean, and secure environment, whether in my home or a client’s home, and I follow routines and instructions closely to keep pets comfortable and stress-free. In a client’s home, I respect their space and maintain their pet’s normal schedule, including feeding, exercise, and any special care. In my home, pets receive close supervision, structure, and plenty of attention. I stay alert to behavior and surroundings to ensure pets are safe at all times. My goal is dependable, attentive care so both pets and owners feel completely at ease.

I've known Bernie for several years and he's naturally great with animals. He's very reliable, pays attention to the details, and treats every pet like it's his own. You can tell he's been around animals his entire life. I can count on him to always take good care of my dog.
Bernie regularly takes care of Gus and Winston, our black lab and border collie, and we trust him completely. He handles their energy with ease, keeps them on routine, and gives them plenty of attention and exercise. The dogs love him and we never have to worry about them when they are in his care.

Schedule
I am recently retired and have plenty of time to take care of your pets. I care for a black lab and a border collie on a regular basis, so I’m very comfortable with high-energy dogs that need both physical activity and attention. Walks, playtime, and keeping them on their routine are a natural part of their care. I’ve also cared for cats, rabbits, and other small animals, so I understand that each pet has different needs—whether that’s active play, quiet companionship, or simply a calm, consistent presence. Making sure pets feel safe, cared for, and happy fits seamlessly into my everyday life.
