I have been a devoted dog owner since childhood and we currently share our home with two friendly dogs, Beauty and Bubbles. My life has always included canine companions, giving me decades of experience in understanding different temperaments, energy levels, and needs. With a large detached house and a 3-acre secure paddock, I offer a 'home-from-home' environment where your dog will be treated as part of the family. Immediately behind our land is a woodland walk for even more variety and exploration. While I am new to Rover, I bring years of experience caring for dogs for friends and family, backed by a lifelong commitment to animal welfare.

Bernadette looked after Buddy for a week. Buddy had a wonderful holiday! Bernadette arranged a meet up before Buddy went to stay so she could get to know her. We received photos and messages every day. I would definitely recommend Bernadette!

Bernadette was a great sitter for Cosmo. He had a great time with her two dogs, has a great garden, and was flexible with the pickup time which we were worried could change because of train times. We would definitely use her again

Bernadette took amazing care of Bacon for 8 nights and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. ❤️ I received updates every single day which made me feel relieved and able to enjoy my holiday knowing he was in good hands. Bacon got plenty of exercise and had lots of fun playing with her two dogs. Bernadette did an amazing job taking care of Bacon again today! :) He clearly had a wonderful time with Bernadette and her two dogs. He came home happy, tired and slept through the entire car ride and all the way until we got home. It’s always such a relief knowing he’s in such good hands. Schedule
As I am home full-time, pet care is my primary focus throughout the day. Your dog will have constant company and supervision, with the freedom to explore our 3 acres under my watchful eye. Our routine is active and flexible, involving multiple walks, outdoor play sessions, and plenty of downtime in our spacious home. Because I don't have outside work commitments, I can strictly follow your dog's specific feeding, medication, and exercise schedules exactly as they are used to at home.

I provide a 'home-from-home' experience where guest dogs are treated as part of the family. Because I am home throughout the day, your pet will enjoy a consistent routine of supervised play across our 3 acres of private land, followed by plenty of relaxation in our large, detached home. I prioritize safety by keeping all outdoor activities supervised and ensuring guest dogs are well-matched with my own two friendly dogs. I follow your specific instructions for feeding and exercise to the letter.

A typical day
Our day starts with a morning stretch and a group walk across our 3 acres of private land, allowing your dog to sniff and explore safely off-lead. Because I am home all day, the schedule is flexible and follows your dog’s natural rhythm. Mid-mornings are usually for interactive play or 'patrols' of the fields with my 2 dogs. Afternoons are quieter, with plenty of 'snooze time' in our large, detached home. We wrap up the day with a final evening run-around and plenty of cuddles in the lounge. Whether your dog wants to be a 'field explorer' or a 'couch potato,' they can choose their own adventure here!
