I have had dogs since I was a child growing up on the farm. When I moved to the city, my dog came with me. When I had kids, our dogs were part and parcel of the family. During Covid they definitely helped us through it. As a teacher I know the value that dogs play in the life of a child, especially for children with special needs and very often we would have a dog in the classroom. Dogs are almost human and their work deregulation effect on people is amazing

Bernadette was an absolute joy to deal with from start to finish. She took such incredible care of my pup and made sure every one of his needs was catered to. He was truly treated like royalty! He got plenty of exercise, lots of love and attention, and I had complete peace of mind knowing he was in such capable and caring hands. It was clear how much Bernadette genuinely loves and understands dogs. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough, especially to anyone with a pup who has special needs. She goes above and beyond, and I wouldn’t hesitate to leave my dog with her again. Five stars all the way!
Bernadette is one of the lovliest, kindest, most gentle people with dogs I’ve ever met. Bernadette looked after our puppy daschund when she had IVDD and she looked after her like she was her own dog. She stayed up all night looking after the dog, changing her bandages and caring for her. Our dog loved her so so so much. I could not reccomend Bernadette more highly to look after your dog, she is amazing and will treat your dog like her own.

Schedule
I am currently retired so am at home all day.I m very active and love walking and usually go for a walk about 7 in the mornings and evenings. We do a lot of hiking as well and so any dog I would have would be well exercised.

We have a large back garden where I play with the dogs, where they can run around and dig if they want to. A dog is walked at least twice a day and an owner's instructions about the care of their dog are carried out meticulously
