Bernadette was so kind and thorough while with my puppy. She sent me updates of what they did and I got a cute little photo! She knows my puppy is having an issue with one of her legs right now so she took her on a small walk just to get some energy out still and of course for potty. She communicated well with me throughout the hour. She is also so flexible with availability! I would highly recommend booking her for your puppy or adult dog:)
