Hello! I’m Ben, and I would be thrilled to be your go-to dog walker and sitter. I’ve gained a lot of hands-on experience caring for dogs, and my passion for their well-being has only grown stronger over time. My partner Rebecca and I have a two-year-old Border Collie/Lab mix named Pearl. While she has a little of that energetic collie craziness, she’s well-behaved, affectionate, and a joy to be around. Caring for Pearl has taught me even more about canine behaviour, training, and the importance of exercise and socialisation, which I bring to every walk and sitting session. Rebecca has been around dogs all her life and sometimes joins me and your furry friend on walks. She loves dogs of all sizes and breeds and is very knowledgeable about their care. Beyond our own pets, Rebecca and I volunteer with Team Arlo York, a lost dog rescue group. We’re actively involved in call-outs, searches, and rescues, using gear like thermal drones and scopes to help find missing dogs in the York area. This experience has deepened our understanding of dog behaviour, safety, and handling in all situations.
