I am leaving this review to share my experience with Ben regarding communication, basic safety, and pet well-being. Before booking a multi-day stay while I was away for a work conference, I explicitly requested daily updates, including photos. Throughout the stay, Ben never initiated communication. I had to reach out to him every day to ask for an update. On one occasion, I had to ask twice before receiving a photo. When a photo was finally provided, my dog, a 7 pound Yorkie/Shih Tzu mix, was indoors wearing his full walking harness. When I asked Ben if the harness had been kept on him continuously since drop-off four days earlier, he confirmed that it had been. Leaving a harness on a dog 24/7 indoors creates both physical discomfort and a serious safety hazard. Due to the lack of proactive updates and the failure to follow basic safety and comfort practices, I had friends pick up my dog 2 days early. Upon pickup and returning home, my dog exhibited clear signs of distress and behavioral changes that were noted by both my friends and myself. I recommend pet parents look elsewhere for a sitter who provides transparent communication and basic safety standards.

Ben was great and kept us updated with how are pups were doing. He even went out of his way to help ensure the wellbeing of our pups 🩷 great guy! Clean apartment and safe space for our dogs

Benjamin was awesome with Ivy during her stay! He was very attentive, kept me updated throughout her stay, and sent plenty of pictures, which I really appreciated. I felt confident knowing Ivy was in good hands. I would definitely recommend Benjamin to anyone looking for a reliable and caring sitter!

Benjamin was so great with Broly and we could tell that Broly felt very comfortable with him while we were out of town! We were a little nervous since this is the first time in years he’s being with a sitter for more than a few hours, but Benjamin gave updates and sent pictures. Thank you!
