Hi everyone! I’m Ben and I’m 32 years old. I put my caring experience as 14 years as that is all my adult life but I have cared for pets since I was a child. We’ve always had family dogs and pets such as Hamsters, Rabbits, Guinea pigs and the list goes on. I always cared for the family pets and since moving to a house with my partner we acquired a dog of our own. Her name is Ruby. She was a beautiful puppy who we had to potty train etc. she is 8 years old now so I have experience for dogs of all ages. I frequently dog sit my parents whippet Paddy who has recently turned one. He’s a bundle of energy so I love taking him for walks and he loves playing with Ruby. Ruby has always been good with other dogs and likes the companionship. Unfortunately Ruby was hit by a car when she was 2 years old. This resulted in her breaking her neck and being paralysed. I have experience in constant loving care as after Surgery it was up in the air if she would ever walk again. She required 24/7 care and rehabilitation for 3 months and I was able to support her enough and do what was necessary so she was able to walk fully again. She loves to play with other dogs and make the most of it! I would love to introduce new pooches to her and we can have a good time playing, walking and caring for each other!

Enzo had a great time staying with Ben and Kayleigh and of course Ruby. They were fantastic with communication and understanding when times switched up late in the day. An update and picture of Enzo and Ruby making friends put our minds at ease to know that Enzo was settling well for his first weekend away. I think it’s safe to say Enzo would love a return visit :)
Benjamin F. cancelled a booking 2 days before it was scheduled to begin.
Ben helped me out of a sticky situation and was very easy to deal with. Also, my dog was in heat at the time making finding somewhere that would take her in more difficult, cant thank him and his partner enough. Sansa says thank you for the toys 😜
Benjamin and Kayleigh are extremely welcoming hosts and loved our Vince as if he were their own. Vince was relaxed and happy at their house and the updates they shared showed him thoroughly enjoying himself. Their dog Ruby seemed excited when I came to drop him off and they hit it off straight away. A lovely couple, who I can’t fault, obviously care about dogs and made a wonderful bond with Vince over the week. I’d gladly book with them again to look after our fluff machine on legs.
I’d thoroughly recommend Benjamin to anyone. My dog was a little poorly before dropping him off but Benjamin was happy to take him and kept me informed on how he was getting on throughout his stay. I won’t hesitate to book again. Thanks :)
Benjamin and Kayleigh were excellent. Ben immediately put us at ease, as we had never left Jeffery with a stranger before. He made it clear that he empathised with our situation and said that Jeffery would be able to sleep with them if that was what he wanted. I never actually met Benjamin, but I dealt with Kayleigh who seemed extremely capable and I immediately felt happy enough to leave Jeffery with her. Jeffery seemed to get on with Ruby (their dog) immediately and went straight into the house. Jeffery did look a little anxious when he realised I was leaving him, but the photos Benjamin and Kayeigh sent me during his stay helped me not to worry! I would definitely recommend Benjamin and Kayleigh. Thanks for helping out we do really appreciate it.

Schedule
I and my Partner currently work from home so Ruby gets, and has had, 100% of her time with us. As will your beloved pets :)

Safety, trust & environment
I have a fully enclosed large back garden and enclosed front turfed yard. Ruby is very friendly and loves having companions to play with! I will do the upmost and care for your dog exactly how requested whether it’s them needing cage rest or sleeping on the bed with me (as Ruby does!) or if they require special or specific food I would make sure each dog gets what they require. Anything they need let me know and I’ll do/sort it out! :)
Pets
A typical day
I love nothing more than caring for and keeping dogs and all animals under my care happy and occupied. I can take your beloved pets out to do their business as many times as required and any time of the day and night. I love playing with them and have many toys they’re free to mess around with! They’ll be well walked as many times as required and if specified I can fulfil what is required for specific dogs. I always take treats and a portable water dispenser with me when I walk with them :) When we’re done playing and walking your dog is free to relax wherever they desire. No couches or beds are off limits here! :)
