Deirdre and Ben both grew up with dogs and have always felt a deep bond with them. Caring for animals has always been a joyful part of our lives, and we’ve gained experience looking after dogs with all kinds of personalities and needs. The house just feels a little too quiet without a pup around! Whether it’s a playful puppy or a gentle senior, we’re all about providing warm, reliable care that makes your dog feel right at home.

Benjamin and Deirdre did a great job with our rambunctious 2 yr old Pippin. He was anxious the first night but must have settled down after realizing his owners were not immediately coming back! It was only 4 days but he was happy and well cared for while we were gone. WE did get pics so we know they played. We would love to use them again but when we asked for a summer date they said they were getting married that weekend . We will try again . Thanks We are grateful that you are close by.
These two are great! We’ll definitely send our dog back their way in the future.

Schedule
We’re Deirdre and Ben, and we both work from home with flexible schedules, which means we have plenty of time to spend with your pup throughout the day. Whether it’s playtime, potty breaks, or just some good company, your dog will get lots of attention and care. On weekends, we love getting outside, going for long walks, exploring parks around Seattle, and trail running if your pup is up for it. We’d be thrilled to have a four-legged companion join us on our outdoor adventures, whether at home or in the outdoors.

Our home is a calm, pet-friendly space where your dog will feel safe, comfortable, and loved. We have a yard that’s great for supervised outdoor play, and we’re just a short walk from several parks with dog-friendly trails. We take the time to get to know each dog’s personality and needs, and we’re happy to follow specific routines, feeding schedules, and any special care instructions. Your pup will be treated like family, with plenty of love, attention, and a safe environment to relax and play.
A typical day
We love spending time outdoors, so if your pup enjoys a little adventure, we’d be thrilled to take them along for a hike or even a trail run. For more relaxed outings, we’re just as happy going on cozy strolls around Seattle’s parks and neighborhoods. Whether your dog is high-energy or more laid-back, we’ll match their pace and make sure they’re having a great time.
