Ben was an excellent host. We have a very energetic Springer Spaniel. He was exercised and well looked after we also received regular photo updates
Extremely pleased with Ben. He was polite and professional, and more importantly, the dogs loved him. We instantly felt we could trust him in our home and with our dogs. We will definitely recommend him to friends. However, I found the Rover website annoying to navigate, time-consuming, and too constricting. The payment details were, I feel, deliberately confusing. I think I've been overcharged but will wait until I have the time, strength and energy to attempt to contact them about this issue! Unfortunately, I will not be using Rover again and only hope Ben is registered with another website.
