I provide reliable, attentive dog care with plenty of exercise, affection, and regular photo updates — so you can relax knowing your dog is happy and well looked after. I’m flexible and responsive, and I’m always happy to tailor walks and care to your dog’s routine, energy level, and personality. Whether that means active walks, playtime, relaxed company at home, or sticking closely to feeding and medication instructions, I’ll make sure your dog gets exactly what they need. I’ve grown up around dogs and, since losing my childhood dog a few years ago, it’s always a genuine pleasure to spend time caring for and bonding with other people’s dogs. I treat every dog as if they were my own and always aim to go above and beyond to keep them safe, comfortable, and happy.

Safety, trust & environment
Your dog’s safety, comfort, and happiness are always my top priorities. I will follow instructions closely (including off-lead or on-lead), stick to your dog’s usual routine, and make sure they feel relaxed and secure while you’re away. I’m very affectionate and attentive, so if your dog enjoys company, cuddles, and reassurance, they’ll get plenty of it. I always aim to create a calm, positive environment where your dog feels at home and well cared for. I also have my own insurance for pet-care seperate to Rover’s cover.

Ben is amazing! He looked after our two sproodles while we got married. We could totally relax knowing the girls were in safe hands. Ben’s gentle manner calmed the more highly- strung and nervous Bella who took to Ben really quickly. The communication, before and during, was superb. We will be booking regular slots with Ben from now on.

We booked Ben for a drop in visit for our excitable young dog. Bens communication was excellent before and throughout the visit and he was more than happy to acclimate our requests to help our dog settle. We would definitely recommend Ben and would not hesitate to book him again for a home visit!
Ben did an absolutely fantastic job looking after my dog, Chester. From the start, he was friendly, reliable, and clearly experienced with dogs, which immediately put me at ease. Chester can be a bit particular, but he warmed to Ben straight away—a true testament to Ben’s calm and caring nature. Throughout the time I was away, Ben kept me updated with messages and photos, which I really appreciated. It was clear Chester was happy, well-exercised, and getting lots of attention. When I returned, Chester was relaxed and content, which says everything about the quality of care he received. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ben to anyone looking for a trustworthy and attentive dog sitter😊
Ben is a very responsive and friendly house sitter. Our dog loved him immediately and Ben was very keen to understand her needs. Bonnie is a Collie mix rescue with a very independent streak . Ben managed her very well and did everything we asked. The house was very tidy when we returned and we would be 100% confident in booking Ben again.Highly recommended.Thank you Ben.
Ben is great. Just what we need to help us schedule on some extra walks to help manage our very energetic young Labrador. Milo can be challenging and Ben absolutely met that challenge and I would book him again.

Schedule
I’m very flexible with work commitments and can usually accommodate most dates and times. My calendar is kept up to date, but feel free to message me if you have specific requirements or last-minute requests — I’m always happy to help where I can. Regarding daily routine, my work is flexible and remote so I can give attentive care to your dogs and keep them company throughout the day.
