Lilo had the best stay with Ben! From the very beginning, Ben was incredibly responsive, a great communicator, and clearly cared deeply about making sure Lilo was comfortable and well cared for. One thing we especially appreciated was the regular photo updates. We genuinely looked forward to receiving them while we were away, and they gave us so much peace of mind knowing that Lilo was happy and doing well. This was actually Lilo’s first time boarding away from home, so we were a little nervous. However, Ben made the entire experience stress-free. We never had to worry about her because we knew she was in such capable and caring hands. To make things even better, our flight home was unexpectedly delayed, and with very little notice, Ben graciously agreed to care for Lilo for an extra day. We were incredibly grateful—he was truly a lifesaver during a stressful travel situation. I honestly cannot say enough great things about Ben. He went above and beyond in every way, and we would recommend him without hesitation to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring, and reliable dog sitter. We would absolutely book with him again!
