Not the choice for any overnight care, especially if you plan to be out of town. Written and verbal instructions not followed plus got a call at 2:39 AM the first day demanding we "come get him" for a small amount of bile vomit that occurred because dog requires prompting or food topper to eat dinner. At 7:30 PM we got updated that "He was a bit whiney when you guys left but has settled in!" His dinner is 7 PM per written and verbal instruction. I took this to mean his dinner went well so I did not call to check in. Sitter had several chances to prevent this if she: - Called/text me at any reasonable hour after 7 PM to let me know he did not touch his food - Looked in the bag we packed for him and saw/read the instructions included with food topper, proven by the fact that as soon as she added food topper (at 3 AM) he ate "about half" his dinner - Called/text before 7 PM to let me know he did not take any treats on his walk - Offered him treats alongside his dinner from any of the three bags of treats we left with her We are thankful she did not bring him to a vet ER for no reason as it prevented a wrongful bill but she definitely panicked. I told her it is not safe for either of us to be out at 3AM and pleaded with her to offer him food topper per instruction. I had to get off the phone because I was waking the house so I told her I would stay with her by text. From 2:28 AM till 3:16 AM I had to guide and assure her. For someone who reports such experience with dogs, she was incredibly overwhelmed at seeing a dog vomit some bile. She ended the boarding reservation next morning. Our travel plans were around town so thankfully we were home but this still upended out-of-state family's entire visit.

Bella was great! She communicated well, was timely, and took good care of Otis, as requested. I will certainly contact her in the future for more pet sitting.

Bella was a great Rover to our senior rescue beagle! Our dog generally has anxiety and she went out of her way to comfort him and make sure he was happy and relaxed the entire time we were out. She was great at communicating with us and keeping us updated on how our dog was doing. We highly recommend her and hope to use her services again in the future. Thanks!
