I contacted Bella in an urgent situation. My previously scheduled Rover sitter did not show for our meet and greet, and 30 minutes after the appointment still had not responded to my texts. She finally replied an hour after the scheduled meet and greet, the time I was supposed to have left for vacation indicating she wasn't going to make it. So based upon existing reviews I reached out to Bella. She responded very promptly and set up a meet/greet for later that day. The meet/greet went well and in conjunction with existing reviews, I booked her for the later part of the week when my other sitter wasn't going to be available. Bella saved my vacation. And she took great care of my fur baby, based on the pictures and my pup's reaction when I returned. Bella also left a personal note and tidied up. I'm happy to say the other reviews were right--she was terrific and bailed me out in a tough situation. I got to go for my whole vacation and felt my pup was being well cared for the whole time. Bella will be my first and only call next time. She has been the shining light of my experiences with Rover. If she's not available, I'n mot going anywhere...well done, Bella, and thank you.

Upon our return, the dogs appeared happy, well taken care of and did not have any abandonment issues like we have seen with other sitters. Thanks, Bella

Bella was on time and had great communication while pet sitting. She was very sweet with my dog, Thor and he loved having her around. I would highly recommend Bella and look forward to having her watch Thor again!

Bella has watched my pups and cat for over 7 years. She is reliable, punctual, and always leaves my dogs happy and healthy. She sends me updates throughout her walks with my dogs, and even sends me picture updates. My animals adore Bella, and yours will, too. I highly recommend Bella!!🦮🐕‍🦺🐈

I’ve known Bella for a long time now and she has always shown so much love for her dogs. She has 2 dogs that she loves and cares for every single day.
