My clinical background extends to administering vaccinations for both canine and equine patients, assisting with many different procedures, and managing complex needs such as dog birthing and specialized training. I am a fully licensed and insured professional, committed to providing a safe, high-quality environment for every animal in my care. My experience spans a wide variety of breeds, from Golden Labs to Pitbulls, ensuring a versatile approach to temperament and breed-specific requirements. Belinda was great with our dog during his day care stay. She communicated well ahead of and during his visit and was very pleasant. Her facilities were well done and provided ample space. Would seek her out again when we’re on the Peninsula!
My wife and I are both happy to have a first class pet sitter for the times when we have to make long trips away from the Sequim area!
Ulysses had a great time with Belinda, yet again...African Sky Kennels is my absolute go-to for dog sitting/boarding when I'm in the area. Belinda is attentive and actively interested in the well being and innner-life of the dogs in her care...10/10 will be back!
Belinda was so kind, helpful and wonderful to my pup. I’m so thankful that we found her!!! Will be coming back to Belinda only in the future when I’m in the Port Angeles area that’s for sure.
Everything went fine with our two little dogs. Great facility for pet day care.
Lucy had her first overnight with Belinda and she doesn’t normally eat the first night anywhere but she did here so that was great!

Schedule
I am able to take care of your dog(s) inside of my home, in the outdoor paddocks that have their own heated dog house, or if you prefer in my indoor heated/cooled kennels. I am home 24/7 everyday, all day. Taking care of your dogs is what I do 24/7. I have no other jobs, so I am available to spend all of my time with your dog(s).

About my Kennels: I have built four (4) indoor kennels, 16ft x 3ft each. The indoor kennels have underfloor heating for the cold winter months and air-conditioning for the hot summer months. I also have four (4) outdoor sheltered private paddocks, all of which have super extra-large dog houses in each of the paddocks, that are heated as well. I only accept four (4) dogs at any given time to ensure they are well taken care of. All the dogs are carefully monitored 24/7, and I have video surveillance cameras that I monitor when I am in my office, for the safety of your dogs!
A typical day
I have brand new outdoor runs with heated kennels for your little fur babies. To keep them safe, snug, warm, and to enable them to get some outdoor fun time in the sun. Your fur baby will get exercised every 3 hours right up until 10 pm. The day starts at 5:30 am, whereby your dog will get their first potty break and run of the day. Breakfast follows at 6 am. Thereafter, potty breaks are given every 2-3 hours throughout the day. Dinner is at 4 - 5 pm, followed by a long potty break, which includes light exercise. The dogs turn in for the evening around 5 pm in winter and 7 pm in summer.
