Bei Z was the perfect sitter for our Dog Riley. The communication with Bei prior to the sit was 1st class. The communication with Bei during our vacation again was 1st class. Daily pictures and videos reassured us that our dog was being well looked after. She also fed the fish and watered the plants which was most helpful. Bei Z was everything we were hoping for in a dog/house sitter. The house was well maintained during or holiday. We were so happy we have booked here again for our next holiday.

I cannot recommend Bei highly enough. From the moment we met, it was clear that she genuinely cares about the dogs she looks after and takes the time to understand their individual personalities and needs. My dog, Kopa, is not the easiest dog to care for. He thrives on consistency, routine and structure, and any changes can be challenging for him. Because of this, I am always very cautious about who I trust to look after him. Bei took the time to learn Kopa’s routine and quickly understood exactly what he needed. She listened carefully to all instructions and followed them consistently, which made a huge difference to Kopa’s wellbeing. What impressed me most was how quickly she built a positive relationship with him. Kopa can sometimes be difficult to read and understand, but Bei showed incredible patience, understanding and commitment in getting to know him as an individual. Throughout the booking, I felt completely reassured that Kopa was in safe and capable hands. It was obvious that Bei genuinely enjoyed spending time with him and was invested in making sure he felt comfortable, secure and happy. Knowing that he was receiving such attentive and personalised care allowed me to relax and enjoy my time away without worrying. Bei also treated my home with the utmost respect. When I returned, everything was clean, tidy and exactly as I had left it. It is such a lovely feeling to come home to a happy, settled dog and a spotless house. What really sets Bei apart is her professionalism, reliability and genuine love for animals. She went above and beyond my expectations and provided the kind of care that every dog owner hopes to find. Kopa clearly felt comfortable with her, which speaks volumes given how important routine and trust are to him. I am incredibly grateful for the care and attention Bei gave to Kopa and would not hesitate to book with her again in the future. If you are looking for someone who is trustworthy, caring, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile for your pet, I would wholeheartedly recommend Bei.
