I've been around animals my entire life. I've worked in the Veterinary field for 20 years. I love all types of dogs, especially seniors or special needs. I do work at a Veterinary hospital, but my schedule can be flexible. I make my schedule and take off or leave early as needed. I'm home most weekends, evenings and some afternoons. I also work remotely some days. There are also cameras throughout my house so I'm able to watch pets when I'm not home. Petsitting is something I take very seriously and want the pets to feel like they are at their second home. I get to know each dog and do what they enjoy. I care for dogs in my home. I have a large yard and great neighborhood for long walks. I have a small - medium and a large size crate that can be used. I only watch one dog at a time.

Becky is truly the best pet and most caring sitter ever! She knows exactly what Mel needs—whether it’s a walk, a treat, a toy, or just some love and attention. She keeps us updated daily with texts, videos, and photos, which we absolutely adore. Seeing Mel happy and relaxed, especially when she’s interacting with Becky’s lovely family and her adorable cats, Baby and Foles, makes us so happy. Every time we need a sitter, Becky is our first (and only!) choice. Mel will be going back to her any time we’re away. She’s simply the best!

Schedule
I do work but can be completely flexible with my schedule. I will take days off when I am watching a dog or only work half days. I do prefer dogs being in a crate when they are alone-for their own safety. If the owner feels the dog is able to be outside of a crate for short periods of time, I'm open to that. I only watch one family's pet(s) at a time.

Safety, trust & environment
I do not leave them off leash and I get them the exercise they need. I have a large basement to play ball or run around when the weather bad. Safety is number one.

A typical day
I will adjust to each dog as they all enjoy different things. We can go for a mile walk or 3 mile hike. We can cuddle on the couch, play ball outside or in the basement.
