Schedule
I work in office four days a week. My dog is crate trained and doesn’t need potty breaks during the day, but my office is less than a mile from my house so I am able to provide more frequent breaks for those dogs that do need a break more often. My boyfriend is a teacher and is usually home by mid afternoon, so our own pets are usually not alone for longer than 7 hours.

My boyfriend and I have a seven year old Boston terrier, whom we leave in our bedroom when we are not home. We have a good size house with a fenced in backyard. We use a ring camera system to feel safe and also a puppy monitor camera in the room with my dog’s crate. I check in on both throughout the day while I am away.

A typical day
I live near the river and near Forrest Hill Park where my dog likes to go for walks. We also like to sit in the backyard where my dog likes to lay in the sunny spots.
