I’ve been the go-to pet sitter for my family for about 15 years, and I’ve cared for dogs of all sizes, personalities, and energy levels. I understand that every dog is different, so I take the time to learn their individual routines, needs, and comfort levels rather than treating every stay the same. My husband and I both work, but our schedules still allow us to provide plenty of attention throughout your dog’s stay. My husband works nights, so there may occasionally be a few hours when your dog is home alone. If they need someone around for longer than that, we have a close family member nearby who can check in on them. I’m also happy to take things at your dog’s pace. I prefer to arrange a meet-and-greet beforehand and, when needed, a second visit so everyone has a chance to become comfortable. My goal is to make sure your dog feels safe and cared for from the moment they arrive.

Kodi had a lovely restful stay with Becca and family. They looked after him with his mobility issues. He came home very relaxed and clearly had enjoyed his stay. Great communication and updates with video and pics. Definitely recommend and will rebook with Becca again.

Schedule
Pet care fits naturally into our household routine. My husband works nights, which means our schedules allow for plenty of daytime attention and interaction. There may occasionally be a few hours when your dog is home alone, but we make arrangements with a close family member if they would need someone to check in for a longer period. I’m also mindful that dogs are most comfortable when their normal routines are maintained. I’m happy to work around their usual feeding, walking, medication, and bedtime schedules so their stay feels as familiar as possible.

Safety, trust & environment
Safety and comfort are my top priorities. I take the time to learn about each dog before their stay so I can understand their personality, needs, and any situations that may make them uncomfortable. I’m happy to arrange a meet-and-greet beforehand, and I prefer additional visits when needed to make sure everyone is comfortable with the arrangement. Our home has a small fenced yard and plenty of indoor space for dogs to relax and play. We’re a family that genuinely loves animals, and your dog will be treated with patience, attention, and respect throughout their stay. I also follow the routines and instructions provided by their family so there are no unnecessary changes while they’re away.
A typical day
Every dog’s day will look a little different depending on their personality, energy level, and normal routine. We live in a friendly, walkable neighborhood where daily walks are a regular part of our routine. There’s plenty of room in our home for playing, tossing a ball, or simply finding a comfortable spot to relax. We also have a small fenced yard for some fresh air and outdoor time, plus a nearby off-leash area for dogs who enjoy a little extra running and exploring. I like to balance activity with downtime and let the dog’s comfort level guide the day. Some dogs want to be involved in everything, while others are happiest curled up beside you—and I’m happy to accommodate both. My goal is for their stay to feel like a fun little vacation rather than simply being somewhere while their family is away.

- Before accepting a booking, I’d love to know a little about your dog’s personality, routine, and needs. Please let me know how they do around children and other dogs, as well as any medical conditions, medications, allergies, behavioral concerns, fears, or triggers I should be aware of. I’d also appreciate knowing about their normal feeding, walking, sleeping, and bathroom routines, along with anything that helps them feel comfortable and settled. The more I know ahead of time, the better I can prepare for their stay and make sure they’re safe, happy, and comfortable.
