We’re having a baby! Our last day of service before taking some time off to welcome our little one will be August 31, 2026. We will update our profile here when we are ready to start sitting again! My husband Marshall and I love to take care of pups together! Marshall grew up with dogs at home, and I cared for dogs all through college and used to volunteer at the Humane Society. As soon as we moved to the Twin Cities, we got our first dog, Mudflap. I am a teacher and have summers and evenings off, and Marshall is a musician with his mornings and afternoons free, giving both of us plenty of time to look after dogs at home and take them for lots of walks and runs. We also have experience caring for senior dogs and dogs with special medical needs. We love all breeds and sizes, and we have a soft spot for rescue dogs (our pup Mudflap is a rescue from Mississippi). We are very patient and attentive, and have experience with light grooming (baths, teeth-brushing) as well as administering medications. Whether your dog wants to run, play, or cuddle, we’ll be there to take care of them!

Becca and Marshall provided care for our dog for a few days. They had a nice fenced in yard, sent daily pictures, and took good care of dog. They were easy to communicate with, responded promptly to messages, and were a pleasure to work with.

Our dogs had a great stay with Becca, Marshall, and Mudflap! They were easy to work with, sent pictures and videos every day, and helped Callie and Bruno feel at home.
Becca and Marshall are the nicest people and you can tell they genuinely love dogs. They along with Mudflap took great care of Rikki. This was the first time he has come home without significant weight loss so I know he was comfortable in their home. I will definitely book with them again.
Ruby had a great time! Becca and Marshall took wonderful care of her and sent videos of her playing. We would definitely book with them again in the future.

Schedule
I work as a teacher and Marshall is a musician. Marshall works from home most days, and I get home from school around 3:30pm. We are both off on weekends, and during the summers we are both home full-time.

Safety, trust & environment
We have a large, fenced-in yard and a friendly, small dog to keep your pup company. Our dog does not use a crate but we can easily crate your dog if needed. We love having dogs on the furniture and letting them sleep on our bed, and we live in a safe, quiet neighborhood with lots of sidewalks and safe streets for walks.
Pets
A typical day
We love taking dogs for walks, playing games, and giving treat puzzles as much as we love hanging out with dogs who just want to chill on the couch. We live near Blackhawk Lake and often take dogs there to explore the trails and smells in the park. Because at least one of us is home pretty much all day, we can provide frequent potty breaks and walks in the mornings and evenings.
