The most important thing for me to know ahead of time is the best way to meet your dog. Some dogs prefer to meet someone new at a neutral place, like a local park. Some dogs don't care and just love meeting anyone, anywhere. My two primary goals are the safety of your pup and myself and creating trust between us. I strongly believe in giving pups the ability to make their own choices within their environment, about what they do, and who they do it with. A good, comfortable introduction is the best way to guarantee everyone has a fun, and safe, experience!
A typical day
All dogs love sniffing! At home, I play searching/sniffing games with my dogs inside the house. When the weather is nice, sometimes I'll hide things in the backyard for my chocolate lab to find. She loves sniffing games. My Anatolian prefers walks where he can, very slowly and carefully, check out the world around him. I have lots of fun ideas for things to do with dogs and I own a lot of portable doggy games for those inside days. What are your dogs favorite things? Let's do those!

I've had dogs my whole life, starting as a kid growing up here in Port Angeles. I currently live in Agnew. As an adult, I've had the good fortune to be doggy mom to four wonderful pups. Two of those I lovingly cared for over 15 years, from puppies to seniors: a sweet Italian Greyhound and a very independent Miniature Pinscher. I currently have a 110lb Anatolian Shepherd and a very typical chocolate lab who hasn't realized she's a senior yet. All of my pups benefited from doggy training classes, even the stubborn ones, but nothing has taught me more about dog behavior than owning an Anatolian. They are wildly independent and intelligent, but also exceptionally sensitive. Through this experience, I've learned that every dog is an individual with unique quirks and different needs. I enjoy the challenge of getting to know new dogs and feel honored when owners, and their pups, trust me with their care. I'm trained in doggy CPR and I was an EMT for humans for 6 years. My flexible work schedule allows me plenty of time to care for your pups, whether a 1/2 hour potty break or a longer play session. Every home, pet owner, and pet are unique. I look forward to getting to know each pup in the comfort of their home and providing care to keep them safe, healthy, and happy.

Becca is amazing with my 2 chocolate chunky Labrador boys! She sends pictures and makes sure they get water and plenty of sniffies on their walks. Becca keeps me updated on how they did on the walk and I feel very comfortable knowing they're with her!
Becca was awesome! Brought some treats for our little prince (of course after asking if he had any diet restrictions) She was willing to help us out even though we were out of her service area by a few miles. It allowed us to enjoy the park with longer hikes while our old man stayed at the comfort of our home. Would use her booking services again if I’m ever back in the area!!
