I've cared for dogs for most of my life and have owned more than three dogs over the years. Taking care of them has given me a lot of experience with their daily needs and routines. I have experience caring for elderly dogs and understand that they need extra patience and attention. I'm comfortable following their daily routine, giving medications when needed, preparing meals, taking them on slow and gentle walks. I also pay close attention to changes in their behavior or appetite. I have cared for my neighbors' dogs when they've been out of town. During those times, I've visited their home three times a day to feed the dogs, refill their water bowls, let them outside for bathroom breaks, take them for walks when needed, and spend quality time with them so they wouldn't feel lonely. I also made sure the home was secure, cleaned up after the dogs, and followed any special instructions the owners left for me. I understand that every dog is different, so I take the time to learn each dog's personality, energy level, and routine. Whether a dog enjoys playing, going on walks or simply relaxing and getting lots of attention, I'm happy to provide the care they need.
