I am available Monday -Friday 9am to 2:30pm. Weekends can be scheduled in advanced. I am around most holidays during the school year. Summertime schedule may vary but will advise in advance of any changes.

Best way to care for your pet will be for you to tell me exactly what you expect from my services. Communication is key. For example, my dog is crate trained and I used to be a stickler with my children to not take her out of her crate because it is her “safe place.” My dog is extremely well trained with no potty accidents however she does have submissive peeing since pup so I know how to maneuvering around this initial excitement. I use her crate (with the door always open) as her “apartment”. What most people view as a negative can be turned into a positive bc dogs also need a place to decompress from children and overstimulation. I will follow your rules and the need of your pet. Photos and check ins are a given! If I were to leave my pet with someone I would want the same!

There are a few obvious things that you will need to share with me, first your dogs temperament toward adults, children other dogs and definitely squirrels ;). Anything and everything should be shared prior to me handling your pooch so I can be provide the best experience for both of us. If there is a certain routine, dietary guideline, medicine administration, or anything attention that may be needed.
A typical day
Depending on your dogs size or needs we would go on a long walk or hike. I will always avoid contact with other dogs and children unless you have given me the green light to visit a dog park. Water and bowl for your pooch will always be provided during the walks. I can reinforce any training you are currently doing or just provide a fun experience for your furbaby.

I’ve had dogs and cats all my life. It’s important to establish trust for a well working pet relationship and to not deviate too much from their routine. I will adapt to your style of dog/cat parenting and go above and beyond to ensure the happiness of the pooch or kitty. I have trained all my fur babies as puppies and enjoy each stage of their lives. Your pet will always be safe and treated as my own.
