Trainer-Led Care in a Loving Home

Why Choose Me? With over 13 years of professional experience, my career has been dedicated to the highest standards of canine care. Beyond my work as a qualified Dog Behaviourist and Obedience Trainer, I previously served as a Regional Manager for a leading dog training company. In this role, I was responsible for overseeing and training other professional dog boarders, ensuring they met strict safety and welfare protocols. When you book with me, you aren't just getting a dog lover; you are getting a professional who has shaped the standards of the industry. What Sets My Boarding Apart: Industry-Leading Standards: My background in management means my home environment is run with the same rigour, safety, and cleanliness I expected from the professionals I mentored. Expert Handling: From running 1-to-1 sessions to group classes, I have an in-depth understanding of canine body language. I can spot and de-escalate stress signals long before they become an issue. Versatility Across All Ages & Sizes: Whether it's the delicate requirements of a senior dog or the boisterous energy of a puppy, I adapt my approach to suit your dog's specific personality. A Professional Eye: I notice the small details—changes in appetite, subtle shifts in mood, or health indicators—giving you total peace of mind.

Alfie had a blast. Great walks and great care and he came back behaving even better than before. He can’t wait to go back, in fact I’m not sure he wanted to come home 🤭

Couldn’t recommend Beatrice enough. Monty was so well looked after, and it gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. We received loads of updates, photos and videos throughout his stay, so we always knew he was happy and having a great time. Thank you so much for taking such amazing care of him – we’ll definitely be booking again!

First time we have left Monty with anyone other than family. Bea was lovely and reassured us with regular updates. Monty seemed very happy and looked like he enjoyed his time being away. Thank you Bea.

I'm writing on behalf of Bo, our chocolate rescue doberman who's been trained, supported and looked after by Bea for the last four years. Before Bo met Bea she was hugely sensitive, very reactive, liable to be aggressive and always wary of other dogs. Walking her was very challenging. Thanks to Bea's wonderful work with her - firm, fair, patient, playful, loving but always in control - Bo has developed into a much calmer, happier, responsive family pet. She's at ease around all the dogs in Bea's care. She plays with them, she sleeps among them, her recall is much improved. She can still have her moments if caught unawares but she's been transformed by Bea's expertise. We've learnt so much from Bea about looking after Bo and making the most of life with her as she approaches her 8th birthday. To see Bo's tail wagging happily upright as she goes off with Bea and her crew for weekend's board and lodging is testimony to her new state of mind. We would very much recommend Bea as a top dog trainer and behavioural expert.

Bea is an amazing dog trainer and boarder. I can always rely on Bea and my Odin loves her to pieces. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Schedule

As a full-time pet care professional, my schedule is built around the dogs in my care. My day is structured to provide a healthy balance of physical exercise, mental enrichment, and essential downtime. Morning: We start the day with garden access and breakfast, followed by our main morning walk. My background as a trainer ensures that walks are well-managed and tailored to each dog's energy levels. Daytime: The middle of the day is dedicated to a mix of companionship and "settle time." While I am home for the vast majority of the day, I ensure dogs are comfortable with periods of rest, which helps maintain a calm and stress-free environment. Afternoon: A secondary walk or garden play session, often paired with enrichment activities like puzzle toys to keep guest dogs engaged and happy. Evening: After dinner, it is wind-down time. Dogs are welcomed into the heart of the home to relax with the family, ensuring they feel settled and secure before bed. Professional Supervision Because this is my full-time career, I am always nearby and highly attentive to my guests' needs. I follow all feeding and medication schedules strictly, and my expertise as a behaviourist means I am constantly monitoring the group dynamic to ensure everyone is having a positive experience.

Safety, trust & environment

Your dog’s safety and happiness are at the heart of everything I do. Because I’ve spent over a decade as a trainer and behaviourist, I don’t just "watch" dogs—I really listen to what they’re telling me through their body language. A Secure Space to Play: My home is a total "dog zone," featuring a secure, fenced garden where your pup can sniff and zoom to their heart’s content. It’s a safe, calm environment designed for maximum tail-wagging. Expert Peace of Mind: I’m always keeping a professional eye on the "vibes" in the house. I know exactly when a dog needs a bit of extra fuss or a quiet spot for a nap, ensuring everyone stays relaxed and happy. Making Friends: If there are other guests staying, I handle all introductions slowly and carefully. My priority is making sure the group dynamic is always positive and stress-free. Health & Happiness: Whether it’s a specific feeding routine or a bit of important medication, I’m incredibly diligent. I’ve seen it all over the years, so I’m very quick to notice if a guest is feeling a little "off" and needs some extra TLC. Stay in the Loop: I know how hard it is to be away from your best friend! I’ll send you plenty of photos and updates so you can see exactly how well they’ve settled in and what adventures we’re getting up to
