Experienced rescue dogs' human
I've cared for dogs throughout my life and volunteered for years at a dog rescue facility. At the moment, I can't have a dog full time due to personal circumstances, so the house feels very empty. Over the years, I've been fortunate to adopt and foster several wonderful dogs who initially found living in human society very odd, and so were labelled as having 'behaviour problems'. I have also given boarding care to elderly and disabled dogs who required me to administer medicines and respond to medical needs.

I am happy to share my experience with Beatrice who has taken care of my dog Paco both with daily walks and holiday care. She enjoys all kinds of animal most especially dogs. Bea truly understands dogs, their habits, their rhythms and their moods and she knows how to interpret their needs in a natural and intuitive way. Bea interacts with dogs in a wonderfully playful way, turning each moment into a positive and fun experience. My dog adores her and always comes back calm and happy. Bea is reliable, punctual and well-organized. She is a precious presence for anyone who wants the best for their four-legged fiend.

Schedule
My partner Giacomo and I work full time, but at least one of us works from home each day of the week, so guests would not be left on their own too long. Guests can join me for yoga in the garden in the morning and a long walk along the river in the evening. I travel a bit for work, so my availability for boarding and daycare depends on being in Cambridge at the right time.

Safety, trust & environment
We live in a terraced house with a large fenced garden, which is ideal for visiting dogs. There are no children or other pets in the house, but quite a few squirrels in the garden.
A typical day
I know how important it is for dogs to have interesting days while they are away from home. We will bond playing games and going for walks, if they are up for it. Some dogs may prefer to curl up on the day bed in the living room for cuddles, and that's fine too.
