We love Batya! When we go out of town, she’s the first person we call to watch everyone. She housesits as it’s the easiest thing for our pets to stay in their comfortable environment. We have three dogs, a cat, and three bunnies, all of which she takes care of when she’s here. She’s extremely responsive and sends pictures and videos all the time. I honestly wouldn’t think of going elsewhere at this point unless she moves! Highly recommend.
Batya was great! She helped me out in a tough last minute situation with my pup, Mia. She is super responsive and took special attention to be sure Mia felt comfy throughout the stay. Whether it was taking her to a nearby dog park, hiding treats for Mia before she left for the day, or sending loads of cute pics throughout, I felt great about having Batya watch Mia and would definitely do it again!
Ms Batya is such a helpful dog walker. She is very accommodating with my schedule and she’s great with animals. Highly recommended :) Be sure to book her while you can !
Batya is like a dog whisperer Our dog has had various medical and age related issues lately, and Batya is able to work around all the growls and grumpiness to get out dog to respond and cooperate She is patient vary caring, with bathing and grooming We would highly recommend Batya for any of your pets needs
Batya is an exceptional caregiver. She is very athletic and high spirited and makes sure your pets get all the exercise they need. She has taken care of my 7-year-old hound dog Winslow on multiple occasions. Winslow is very skittish around new people, but she knew exactly how to earn his trust and now they are best buds. He waits for her at our window every week for a long walk and a fun time. I highly recommend Batya as a dog sitter and dog walker.
Batya is amazing! My girlfriend and I had a last minute trip to make, so I reached out to Batya (knowing her love of dogs) and asked her if she could help out. She checked on our dog, Bosco, three times everyday for an hour. We got video and picture updates each visit. He's a 90 pound pitbull who was putty in her hands--we think he loves her than us! I couldn't recommend a more kind, thoughtful, and responsible person. We 100% we'll keep working with Batya!

Schedule
I work during the week and remotely at times, so I have flexibility to accommodate any schedule. I have a car and can transport wherever.

It’s just me and my dog in my apartment, but we have a first floor with a small yard out front that Kesey likes to sunbathe in. All the neighbors stop and say hello.
Pets
A typical day
We go to the dog park frequently and walks when that’s not an option. We do hikes and paddleboarding on the weekend. We really enjoy Shirlington dog park so Kesey can swim.
