Hi, I’m Basia! I’ve been caring for animals since I was 12 years old, with experience ranging from all breeds and sizes of adorable dogs and cats. I’m comfortable with feeding routines, administering medication, daily walks, and even basic training to help reinforce good habits. I share my home with two rescued cats—both spayed, up to date on vaccinations, and always curious about new animal friends. Over the years, I’ve cared for neighbors’ dogs, walked friends’ pets, and provided a safe, loving environment for animals of all kinds. When you’re away, I’ll make sure your pets feel happy, comfortable, and well-cared for—just like they were my own.

Basia house-sat for my two dogs (and two bonus cats) over the holiday weekend. She was wonderful- reliable, courteous, punctual, kind. The animals loved her and it was great having her in the house. Recommend very highly.

Basia, was absolutely excellent! She watched out 3 dogs and 1 cat for four days and they absolutely loved her. She fed them in their schedule, took them out, played with them and even put on bluey for dogs when she had to step out for groceries! She was an ideal house guest and left everything spotless! Our pets loved her as evidenced by the many pics she sent while we were away! Our cat doesn’t just warm up to people and he loves her! 10/10 will be hiring her again
Basia was great! She took time to come and meet my pups before the visit and kept me posted throughout with pics and messages. My lazy dogs loved the belly rubs. She grabbed mail as we were gone a while and kept my house in tidy fashion. I will definitely book again!

Safety, trust & environment
When caring for pets in a client’s home, I follow their usual routine as closely as possible so they feel safe and comfortable. I make sure they’re fed on schedule, have fresh water, and get plenty of exercise, playtime, and affection. If needed, I can administer medication and handle basic training or reinforcement. I also keep their space tidy—cleaning food bowls, litter boxes, and any messes. Most importantly, I spend quality time with them so they don’t feel lonely while you’re away, and I send regular updates and photos so you know they’re happy and well-cared for.
A typical day
All fur babies need to be stimulated physically and mentally. Well play games and take long walks. And of course a lot of tasty treats!
