hello animal lovers, I'm here to help with your search for responsible care. I will do whatever it takes to make the sitting experience for the pets in my care the best possible. I live to travel, and understand how important this is to all of us when we leave our pets and homes in the care of others. * I DO typically work daily near Mt Tabor, and offer potty breaks during my lunch hours, so if you're in or around inner SE, be sure I can assist. I've included a map of the area I cover in my photos. I can (& would love to) take cats for boarding in my home, I'm not sure how to distinguish that from canines in my services currently. I can give them ample space 😺 snuggles, special diet or medication, brushing, cleaning up, picking up your mail, and your home will be found as you left it. I'm free for meet and greets, so don't hesitate to contact me!

Barbra is just amazing! My cats can't wait for the next time I go out of town so they can hang out with her again. Barbra did a great job taking care of my house and 3 cats, after accepting a last minute request to fill in when my original sitter had to cancel. From the start, she provided clear and reliable communication, including sending lots of pictures of happy kitties and documenting their antics. She quickly made friends with the 2 shy cats and ensured that all 3 were happy and well cared for. Overall, the experience was super pleasant and easy and gave me lots of peace of mind that everything was under control. I couldn't be happier and would love to work with Barbra again.
the incredible peace of mind Barbra's house-sitting offers is priceless to me. I have a medically complicated old dog and two silly cats, and she treats them like her own - she's very communicative and sends the cutest photos. I'm elated to have found Barbra - my senior dog needs around the clock eye drops and pills, which is no easy task to stay on top of. but Barbra easily took over the whole medication routine without a hitch. she was so communicative, I never had to wonder for a single second if my girls were being well taken care of. Schedule
I work outside the home, and keep my house sitting radius tight for that reason. I've found that pet/house sitting is a pretty rewarding way to earn travel funds, and plan to continue long after I retire. I do this work not out of necessity, but finding that I truly love it.

I'm a mature adult who takes this stuff very seriously. you'll receive regular updates with photos, and whatever else you might need for me to do while you're away. I bring with me my own linens, cook and shower at my own home. I'm not in your space to lounge around, this is a job. leave the dishes, I'll do them for you. 🤓
