Hello y’all, I’m an ultrarunner and professional Mindset Coach (for humans) who simply loves dogs. I have a deaf boxer named Blue who I’ve learned some basic sign language for and slowly got comfortable with the art of body language for dogs. I grew up on a Farm in Western Massachusetts with all kinds: two Newfoundlands, a Golden Retriever, a Rat Terrier, and an Australian Sheepdog. I then lived in NYC for several years, where I was a dog walker for Bark Bud. I cared for dogs ranging from puppies to older pooches, Cavalier King Charles, Beagles, Golden Retrievers, Greyhound, and others. I am a dependable sitter with energy and patience to share with your fur baby. I don’t mind going the extra mile, whatever that might mean for you and your family. Several years ago I drove to South Carolina with a friend to rescue a malnourished Anatolian Shepherd in need of a good home. We scooped her up, named her Belle, and brought her back to her now home in Massachusetts. To date, Belle has gained back her needed weight and is so grateful to have a happy home! Barbara was a wonderful pet sitter to our 3 senior dogs and cat. She communicated frequently and quickly with us giving us updates on our fur babies while we were on vacation. Barbara took such great care of my 2 big dogs for the week while we were away on vacation. We had her watch our younger dog before and trusted that she would do great with both this time and she didn’t disappoint! Lots of photo updates daily and she was attentive and learned their quirks. This is our third time having Barbara stay with our dog and she was awesome again! We were gone for a week and got lots of pictures. Our dog has lots of energy and she is able to give him the exercise and attention he needs. She is a great communicator and house was left in perfect condition!

Schedule
All my human clients are virtual and I love running trails in new places. I’m very happy staying overnight or if you’re close enough, I can come and go.
