Over the years, I’ve gained experience not just through helping family and friends with their dogs but also by caring for my own lovable 9-year-old American Akita. My dog-sitting experience comes from a combination of looking after my own dog, my friends’ dogs, and family members’ pups. I’ve learned a lot about different dog personalities, from energetic and playful to more laid-back and relaxed. I’m comfortable handling a variety of breeds and temperaments and can offer everything from daily walks to training reinforcement. I treat every dog like they’re my own, offering plenty of love, cuddles, and attention. I know how important it is to make sure your dog feels safe and loved when you’re not around. Having my own American Akita, I’ve learned a lot about basic obedience and how to keep up with training consistency. I can help with reinforcing commands like sit, stay, or leash walking and even help with minor behavioral issues if needed. I love taking dogs out for walks, playing games, and giving them the exercise they need. Whether your dog loves to run around or just needs some quiet time, I’ll make sure they stay active and happy. Excellent communication, very friendly with a lovely pet dog that made instant friends with Luca, who clearly had an absolutely wonderful time. Barbara welcomed Luca into her lovely home with also a perfect enclosed back garden. I will certainly be hoping to book Barabara again.
I was let down last minute for my doggy care and Barbara absolutely saved the day! Barbara is a lovely lady, welcoming and warm. She was absolutely amazing with my fur baby and I couldn’t have asked for anything better. I got plenty of updates whilst I was away, some lovely videos of them out walking, and some evening snuggles. Barbara’s prices are absolutely spot on too. Barbara was an absolute gem as a dog sitter! She took incredible care of our pup, Loki, while we were away. From daily walks to playtime and even sending us cute photo updates, she went above and beyond to keep Loki happy and comfortable. Her love for dogs is obvious, and her home was a cozy, safe space for Loki to relax. We came back to a tail-wagging, content dog, and we couldn’t be more grateful. Barbara is very trust worthy and reliable, I would not have anyone else look after my dog. Her passion for animals is second to none,she treats them like her own. Basia has looked after my dog Nala a few times now, including overnight stays and I honestly couldn't be happier with the care she provides, Nala absolutely loves going to Basia and her tail starts wagging the moment we get close:) It's clear she feels safe and comfortable there. Schedule
I am currently working Mon-Fri 6-2pm and I am free after 2pm and over the weekend. I will have plenty of time to play with your pet.
