I'm an experienced in-home pet sitter. I have been dog sitting in my home for 7 years. I have taken time off Rover the past few years due to having regular private clients that filled my time. Unfortunately, in recent years many of my doggy clients have crossed the rainbow bridge. I treat the dogs I watch like they are my own so it is hard to lose them. However, I am ready to open my home to new dogs that need care while their parents are away. I've had dogs my whole life and am comfortable with all breeds and sizes of dogs. I am retired so your dog would never be alone while you are away. I strive to make your dog comfortable and stress free while you are away and of course I will give lots of love and attention to your fur baby. I have two dogs of my own so your dog would have to be friendly with other dogs. I also frequently watch my daughter’s 11 pound dog so your dog HAS to be good with small dogs. Your dog would be allowed on my furniture and bed. I will keep touch daily with you via text message to send updates and photos to ease your mind about how your dog is doing while you are away. My backyard has a 6 ft privacy fence so your dog can play outside and be safely contained. Close access to a 24 hour emergency pet clinic (5 miles away). Please provide your pet's food, any medications or supplements that are needed, and any favorite treats, toys, or his/her dog bed. I require a meet and greet prior to booking in order to ensure I am a good fit for you and your dog. I require that your pet be updated on all vaccines including the canine flu vaccine. Must show proof from veterinarian prior to booking. Must also be spayed/neutered, and be on flea preventative.
