I am animal lovers!
Hello everyone, My name is Barbara, and my partner Braden and I live together in our cozy home with our two indoor cats. Both of them are very sweet and love to cuddle with us. We also have a fenced backyard and live in a nice, quiet neighborhood that’s great for taking dogs on walks. I’m a college student and also work full-time, while Braden works full-time too. We have different schedules, so we take turns sharing responsibilities and caring for the pets. Our cats get along well with other animals; they usually hide at first when they see something new, but they’re never aggressive. They just like to do their own thing. I’ve always been surrounded by animals; I’ve had bunnies, birds, guinea pigs, and even a pig! I truly enjoy caring for dogs, puppies, cats, and kittens, and I always make sure they feel comfortable, safe, and happy while you’re away. I’m also very flexible with scheduling, especially during holidays. Feel free to message me with any questions if you’re unsure about anything; I’d love to help care for your pets! 🐾

We were in need of a dog sitter last minute and Barbara was quick to reply and was willing to watch my reactive but sweet pup. She was excellent with updates and photos so I never had to worry about how my dog was doing! If I have a need again, I’d definitely ask Barbara again!
Barbara and Braden were fantastic taking care of our boys! They sent lots of pics and it seems like our pups had a blast while we were gone. We will definitely reach out to them again in the future.

I was up for my daughter’s wedding in Rochester, NY and needed a sitter in-house for 10/5 (Thursday). We are new dog owners of a 7 month old Boston terrier buddy and from Charleston, SC. We have never had a sitter and was our 1st time using Rover. Barbara was prompt responding and confirming her availability right away. She answered all my questions up front and I felt comfortable going with her to watch buddy. She arrived into and my husband and I were both very happy with her. She sent us frequent texts, pics and videos through the day of their time together. Buddy was very happy and had fun. I highly recommend Barbara for anyone looking for a great pet sitter. We were very pleased with our 1st use of rover and using someone in another state to boot.

Schedule
My college classes are mostly online, so I’m home most of the time! After work, I’ll also be around to spend even more time with your dogs and cats. My partner, Braden, helps too; we both love giving pets plenty of attention, walks, and cuddles!

I have a nice fenced backyard where pets can relax and play whenever they want! I can also take them to the nearby dog park for some extra fun and exercise. We have three cats in our home, and they’re all friendly and used to being around other animals. We live in a cozy house in a safe, quiet neighborhood, and we’ll make sure your furbabies always have company and feel cared for!

A typical day
I’ll take the dogs for walks and let them play around in my backyard. I can also bring them to a nearby dog park; it’s only a few minutes from my home; if you’d like me to! I can even take your pets for a nice walk around downtown Rochester to enjoy the outdoors and nature. Of course, I’ll always ask for your permission first before taking your dogs anywhere with me.
