I have been around animals my entire life and truly understand how important it is to find someone trustworthy and caring to look after your pets.I treat every pet with patience, affection, and attention as if they were part of my own family. I work full-time during the week, but I work from home two days a week and am fully available on weekends, which allows me to dedicate quality time and care to pets staying with me. Even when I am not home, my husband is home, so there is always someone present to supervise, keep company, and care for your pets. This means your furry family members will never feel alone and will always receive attention, comfort, and care throughout the day. Whether your pet loves playtime, cuddles, walks, or simply a calm and safe environment, I adapt to their needs and routine to make them feel comfortable and happy while you’re away.

Lifelong animal lover with hands-on experience caring for pets of all sizes and personalities. I grew up with a Labrador who was part of my family for 16 wonderful years, which taught me patience, responsibility, and genuine love for animals from an early age. Since the age of 17, I have worked as a pet sitter caring for both dogs and cats, providing dependable, attentive, and loving care tailored to each pet’s needs. Whether it’s walks, feeding, playtime, medication, or simply keeping your pet company while you’re away, I treat every animal as if they were my own.

I cannot recommend Barbara highly enough. She looked after my dog, Ferdy, and she was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Ferdy is a very stressed and anxious dog, which usually makes finding the right care a massive challenge. However, Barbara handled him with the utmost care, patience, and professionalism. She truly understood his needs, kept him calm, and gave me complete peace of mind while I was away. If you are looking for a sitter who will treat your pet like their own, especially if your dog requires a gentle, understanding touch, then look no further. Thank you so much for taking such wonderful care of Ferdy!
Honestly I was nervous leaving my dog with someone new but Barbara made the whole experience so easy. She’s a natural with animals — you can just tell she grew up around dogs. She kept me updated, my dog was happy and tired in the best way when I picked him up, and I felt completely at ease the whole time.
