Before confirming a reservation, I would like to clarify some important points to ensure your pet’s well-being and a smooth stay: 1. Routine and health Please provide your pet’s routine, as well as any allergies, medical conditions, or special needs I should be aware of. 2. Behavior during walks Let me know if your pet tends to pull on the leash, reacts to other animals, or has any behavior I should consider during walks. 3. Hygiene upon arrival I can only receive pets that are cleaned and groomed, as I maintain a daily cleaning routine to ensure a healthy environment for everyone. 4. Personal items for the stay On the first day, please bring everything your pet will need, including leash or harness, bed or blanket, toys, enough food for the entire stay, and any other items that make them feel comfortable. 5. Visits during the stay. If you would like to schedule a visit with your pet during their stay, it must be arranged at least 24 hours in advance. Please notify me in case of delays. 6. Up to date vaccinations Pets must have current vaccinations and be free of parasites. 7. Important behaviors Please inform me if your pet experiences separation anxiety, destructive behavior, or difficulty interacting with other animals.
A typical day
A day caring for pets at home begins with a morning walk, which is perfect for them to explore and burn off some energy. When we return, they enjoy a play session at home where they can run and have fun. In the afternoon, we go for a second walk, a more relaxed one, giving them the chance to explore the neighborhood and stay active. In the evening, we have another playtime before the third and final walk of the day, a perfect way to end the day with games and calm. Each moment is planned so they feel accompanied, happy, and safe. I’m also happy to adapt to each pet’s individual routine and specific needs to make sure they feel as comfortable and at home as possible.

Bárbara was incredible with our dog, Boston. This was our first Rover in Zurich and we couldn’t have asked for better! She sent consistent updates with pictures and videos and is extremely responsive. Boston looked like he had the best time and we could enjoy our holiday because we knew Boston was in great hands! We will definitely be using her services again!
Bárbara was amazing! She looked after Oreo (our cat) at her place for 8 days while we were away on holidays. She sent us photos and videos of him every day and played with him a lot, he felt secure with her. The communication with her was excellent and she is a very nice person. Definitely recommend!
Our dog Coco loved her stay with Bárbara and had the most amazing time!!! We really enjoyed all of the photo updates, great communication, and are thankful for all of the love and care Coco received. Coco almost didn't want to leave! It was also great to see pictures of her eating so well (she usually doesn't if she is nervous). Highly recommend and we'll be rebooking whenever we can for all our dog care needs. 10/10 :)!!
Barbara was simply amazing taking a great care of our little Saki. Saki felt at home and safe, and we got many updates and could see how glad she was. There was no disruption or any issue, and Barbara treated saki really well and was very attractive to all the instructions we shared. We know how challenging it is to leave our furry friends when we have to travel and we had not so good experience with pet hotels, that we could clearly see lack of updates, but also a change of behaviour when we got her back home. That said, I highly recommend Barbara as a sitter for our little one without any doubt.
