We can go on walks, spend time in the outdoor space, have a grooming session, play your pet’s favorite game, take photos, and have snuggle time. Please ensure your pet has the appropriate leash or harness available. Please communicate any triggers your pet may have to keep us both safe. Please let me know in advance if your pet cannot walk on the same side of the steet or path as other dogs, people or any form of transportation.I am willing to sign an NDA. Your privacy is important to me when providing services. Please communicate expectations and house rules. Please communicate if I would be responsible for any parking fees.

Pets have quirks and special needs. I have taken care of pets with physical disabilities, behavior issues, receiving chemotherapy treatments, end of life care, visual and hearing impairments. The more you share with me the better care your pet receives. I believe this will decrease your pets potential for anxiety when you’re away. Please be upfront about your expectations and your pets needs and provide all of that information when booking the sit. I appreciate a clean space when house sitting. I look forward to meeting you. Play time is an important part of the day and I will encourage activities and do my best to follow your daily routine. Please avoid requesting exercise that you pet is not accustomed to for their health and well being. Please communicate any limitations and/or weather conditions you would like your pet to avoid.

I truly enjoy spending time with my clients. Not all pets are perfect and they each have a unique personality. Pampering each pet individually is important to me. If your pet needs medication or basic medical care as prescribed by a veterinarian I’m comfortable with that.

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Barbara watched our two dogs for two weeks while we were away for our wedding and honeymoon + also stayed in our home. From start to finish, everything was handled absolutely perfectly! We received tons of thoughtful updates throughout each day which made it so easy to relax and fully enjoy our time away knowing our babies were in such good hands! It was clear the dogs were happy/comfortable and very loved the whole time. On top of that, she treated our home as if it were her own. We came back to a house that was absolutely spotless. We’re truly incredibly grateful for the level of care she provided. Barbara was outstanding in every way!
Barbara was amazing! I came to Austin for a conference that had me away all day and night and wanted to make sure my 13 year old (spoiled) golden was cared for deeply. She was so attentive to his needs and care, it made me feel so at ease while I was away. Barbara was so professional, responsible, and attentive. Highly recommend her to care for your furry babies.
Barbara came through for us in a clutch when we had a last minute family emergency and needed to find a pet sitter for our anxious pup and kitty. I cannot recommend Barbara enough! She was incredibly professional and took such good care of our fur babies. She was extremely responsive and sent us frequent updates on how everyone was doing. She took the time and care to let our anxious pup warm up to her and it was such a relief knowing Thea was in such good hands. We’ll definitely be using Barbara again!
What an exceptional experience having Barbara take care of our two beautiful beloved Maine Coons, Kaidence and Leo. I simply couldn’t have asked for a better and a more trustworthy cat sitter staying at our house for the duration of our trip. I felt entirely confident and with a great peace of mind leaving my adorable precious kitties with Barbara.
