A cat owner myself, I’ve cared for my friends and family cats. Special diets, cleaning food, water bowls and litter boxes - all to keep you pet happy and cared for. Please note - no evening visits after 4 PM.

Safety, trust & environment
I will assume your cat(s) is indoor only unless otherwise specified. Care is in your home only and I can provide one or two visits a day depending on feeding schedule. No evening visits. Dogs should be house trained, sociable, and have no destructive behaviors. They will have morning walks and daytime access to the fenced yard.

I have known Barbara for approximately 5-6 years. She is smart, well educated and a genuinely loving individual who always has animals in her life. At her home she has dogs, cats, fish, and chickens and has a lovely yard designed to support and nourish butterflies and native birds. She has house sat, dog sat, cat sat and yard sat for me many many times and I am very picky who I trust my fur family with. Not only would I trust my life with Barbara but I totally trust her with my pet family. We have a large circle of friends with all kinds of dogs and cats and those pets immediately identify and bond with Barbara. Animals are very good judges of character and they always gravitate to Barbara right away. You couldn’t ask for a better candidate to add to your Rover staff.

Schedule
Retired from academic life and enjoy gardening and my fur and feathered friends. I can offer one or two visits per day for cats (no visits after 4PM)- one client at a time so your cat or dog will receive my full attention.
