Think Like a Dog!
I trained my own service dog and loved the process, so after retiring, I started dog training and pet care. I am in the process of becoming a certifed dog trainer. I provide complimentary training in leash manners for walks, and I bring enrichment toys for drop-in visits.

Safety, trust & environment
I use my experience in reading dog behavior to determine the best way to get to know your dog in your home. I let the dog take the lead and engage them in their favorite activities. I also bring puzzle toys for dogs who enjoy that kind of challenge, and offer five minutes of complimentary training at each visit. For walks, I provide 5-10 minutes of complimentary training in leash skills such as "heel" and "leave it."

Schedule
I am a part-time consultant with a flexible schedule. I have a great deal of flexibility after 11:00 a.m. on most days, including weekends and holidays.
