Whether your dog loves long walks, playtime, or just calm companionship, I’m happy to adapt. I’ve also helped my brother with his NGO in Brazil that rescues and rehabilitates stray dogs, helping them transition into loving homes. Through this experience, I’ve worked with dogs of all temperaments—including shy, anxious, and high-energy dogs—so I understand how to build trust and make them feel safe. I also have experience caring for senior dogs, including those who need medications and extra attention. I’m comfortable administering pills and liquid medications, and I carefully follow feeding schedules and care instructions. I’m patient, gentle, and focused on making older dogs feel calm and comfortable. Safety, trust & environment
When caring for pets in a client’s home, I follow their routine closely to keep the pet comfortable and stress-free. I make sure to follow all instructions for feeding, walks, medications, and any special care needs. I also spend time with the pet so they feel safe, relaxed, and not alone while their owner is away. For dogs, I include walks and playtime based on their energy level and usual routine. I always keep the home clean and make sure everything is left as it was found. I also provide updates so owners know how their pet is doing.
Ratings and reviews
My parents have 2 dogs that needed to be cared for when they travel, a big male American Akita and a small female Shitzu. Barbara was always the one person they would go for because the dogs loved her. She always took great care of them while my parents where gone, making sure they were happy, fed and entertained.

Schedule
My current schedule is very flexible and works well with my availability for pet care. I attend school part-time and also work part-time, which allows me to maintain a balanced routine while still having plenty of time throughout the week for dog walks, drop-in visits, and pet sitting. Because my commitments are structured but not full-time, I’m able to plan my days in advance and dedicate focused, reliable time to each pet I care for. I’m naturally active, so incorporating dog walks into my routine fits easily into my lifestyle. This flexibility allows me to provide consistent care, attention, and reliability for each dog while maintaining a well-organized schedule.
