I'm retired so my schedule is all about the pup(s). I offer shampoos, will lightly trim faces, take on drives (yes I have a pup car seat), I help the elderly pups by carrying them down the stairs when raining or when the ground is hot, or when it becomes difficult. I do the same for all my pups, but especially for the weaker or ill pups. Whatever the pup wants, the pup gets.

My home is pup proof. I allow the pup(s) to be free to relax on the furniture and sleep in my bed. My condo complex is very safe. And, I abide by the owner's instructions regarding food, activities, and medicines.

I will watch dogs weighing up to 20lbs, I love all breeds of dogs, however, living in a condo they do have the standard breeds that are prohibited. When sitting your dog, I will need to know it's health, if medications are needed I will need the specifics on the administration, I will need to know its typical behavior, quirks, habits, likes, dislikes, . . . whether it is friendly with strangers and/or other animals. Basically I would like to know how you need me to care for your baby. . . I will welcome him into my home as my own family member.
A typical day
I have a large gated grassy play area on the grounds of my condo where we can play fetch, catch, and run. I live in a very walk-able area, as well. I have tug, squeaky, and rolling toys for play in the house. And after outside play, I have cool tiled floor, with area rugs to lay on, or a comfy couch to cuddle up next to me on.

My visiting pets are allowed on the furniture, and hope they sleep next to me at the end of the day. If necessary, I will sleep on the floor with your pup, if that's what comforts him. I love to exercise my pets - especially if they are regularly indoor house pets, as I feel they need to expel their energy in order to rest and remain quiet and calm in the home.

Barbara was a life saver and watched my dog on super short notice a few days before Thanksgiving. My dog had a 5 star vacation with lots of long walks and cuddles. Barbara gave me lots of updates and I knew he was in good hands. I would definitely recommend her and use her services again!
