Cats (I have 3 currently) run our household. Fortunately I have a very mellow dog that puts up with them! You can be sure I will follow your directions and if there are special needs that I don't believe I can handle, I will let you know that up-front.

I'd like to know if your cat has any favorite hiding places or toys. If they are older, please let me know how I can tell if they are in any sort of distress. Thank you.
Une journée type
For cats, I usually just sit quietly and wait for them to come to me when they are ready. I clean litter boxes each visit and refill as needed. If the litter box is automated, I doublecheck there isn't an error condition. I refil the water daily. If the water is a fountain, I change the water and clean the filter at least every 4days even if the owner says it is not necessary. Mine love fresh water so I assume other cats would as well. If a cat nail clipper is available, I try to trim claws if the cat will allow it.

Barbara is wonderful! She is a cat “whisperer “, and instantly made a connection with both of our cats the very first time she met them. She was very good with communicating and sending pictures, and even went above and beyond, watering our impatiens outside! We will absolutely use her again!!
Barbara took such great care of our cat. Our cat is on the shyer side, and Barbara ensured that our cat was calm and relaxed during her visit. Barbara definitely made our cat open up more. I would recommend Barbara to anyone who has shyer cats.
Barbara was wonderful with my naughty boys and went the extra mile to clean up messes, plus whatever new issues popped up. Would highly recommend!
