I would like to know the commands the dog/dogs know. I need to know your pets eating/play/sleeping/potty schedule. Any 'triggers' your pet may have. Any medical instructions. Vet emergency number. Contact numbers. Lastly, all basic instructions written down on paper, so that way NOTHING is forgotten.
A typical day
A drop in visit from me would entail all needed care first, such as potty, eating, meds if needed, then we would get to the fun part of playing for the rest of the drop in visit.

Pet care experience
With my past experience as a veterinary tech, I have experience in caring for dogs, cats, exotics, birds and livestock. Through the years I have been very involved in animal rescue. I have been interviewed by a national ferret magazine in 2004, and in 2007 I was on a local Boise TV show with Corbin Maxie which was about ferrets, and ferret rescue. I am newly retired, so I have LOTS of extra time on my hands. I have a lifetime of experience, and animal medical skills to give quality care to your pets. I think it is very important to love on our furry/ feathered friends, and I will give compassionate attention and care to your pets, You can count on it. Let me help you when you are going out of town, you won't regret that decision.

Barbara stayed at my house and watched my dogs for a few days. Overall the experience was amazing I would recommend to anyone!!! She went the extra step to ensure I felt comfortable leaving them and was very responsive with any questions or requests while I was away! Also, her experience as a vet tech I knew they be in good hands. She texted me photos everyday and also some information about how they were doing. I could tell that she was attentive to getting to know them and their personalities. She is my first pick in the area!!!!
Barbara took care of my cat for several days and did a great job. No problems dealing with an older cat who required meds. Came home to a healthy and happy cat.
Barbara is THE BEST!! She made sure to get to know my. Babies before we left, to assure they were comfortable, in turn that made us feel great and comfy about leaving them. During our trip she kept communication open daily and send pictures. We were so thrilled about her care, and we did not have to worry. She kept their schedule and was authentic, as we could tell, our dogs were not in the least bit stressed, went over and above when our Bella rolled in pooh and without hesitation she bathed Bella. Our Maxi is 15 and she did her best to make him comfortable. Thank you Barbara, and Rover for your most welcomed Blessed time in our home.
Everyone seemed happy and unstressed when we returned. Everything we asked her to do for our 8 cats and 5 chickens was done including watering our plants and bringing in our mail. I would definitely have her sit my fur babies and hens again.
