Excellent all around experience. Will use again.

If you’re looking for the cheapest option and don’t mind compromising on communication and reliability, then Banavshi may be an option. Otherwise, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BOOKING HER. I left feeling uneasy about Taro’s care. The photos she sent didn’t look like Taro’s usual happy self. More concerning, when I picked her up, she urinated three large times within a short period. This wasn’t normal marking behavior, it seemed like she had been holding her bladder for quite a while. I can’t say for certain what happened while Taro was there, but based on my experience, I wasn’t confident that she received the level of care I expected. For the context: Before I booked, I was very clear about my pickup date and time because I needed to pick up Taro after work. I even confirmed in advance that a pickup between 5:00 and 5:30 p.m. would be okay, and she agreed. When I dropped Taro off, she asked what time I would pick her up. I again told her it would be between 5:00 and 5:30 p.m. because I couldn’t leave work before 5. She mentioned needing to pick up her son. I told her that was completely fine and that I could wait until after she picked him up. She agreed. Later that same afternoon, she suddenly told me I could not pick up Taro after 5:00 p.m. because she wanted to "Drop off" her son. This was completely different from what we had already agreed on. I reminded her that I had confirmed my pickup time multiple times and had even offered to wait for her, but she still insisted that I had to pick Taro up before 5:00. As a result, I had to leave work early. Communication was also very difficult because of the language barrier. I understand that not everyone speaks English fluently, and that’s not the issue. The problem was that she didn’t seem to understand or try to clarify what I was saying, even after I explained it several times. When I picked up Taro, the interaction felt rude, and she rolled her eyes at me. I’ve been using Rover for almost six years, and this was the first time I’ve had such an unpleasant experience with a sitter. Overall, I won’t be booking with this sitter again. My biggest concern was the last-minute change to the agreed pickup time, the poor communication, and leaving with doubts about my dog’s care.

Banafshe was very responsive, flexible, and easy to communicate with. She followed all of my instructions carefully and made the entire experience effortless. I felt completely comfortable leaving my dog in her care, and I will definitely book with her again. Highly recommend!

We just completed our first dog boarding with Banafshe N. in Laguna Hills. She met with us at her home and answered all my questions about her care and attitude about dog care. She was thoughtful and thorough and even sent us daily photos of our dog, Rosie. She made the entire process comfortable and easy to manage. I look forward to using her services again. James

Banafsheh is absolutely special. We have tried several different dog sitters over the years, but the love, care, and tenderness that Sammy received from her were truly exceptional. You could see it in every single picture she sent us. Her communication was outstanding. She kept in touch with us throughout our trip, constantly updating us and putting our minds completely at ease about Sammy’s care. Would we go back to her? Absolutely—without hesitation. In fact, if she has availability in the future, she will be our first and only choice. Sammy is very clingy and deeply attached to his people, and Banafsheh made him feel completely at home, loved, and comfortable. We are so grateful for the wonderful care she gave our sweet boy and couldn’t recommend her more highly.

Banafshe went above and beyond with George. He had some last minute medical issue which required some extra care (pills and a daily paw wash) and Banafshe was willing to attend to them and give George the extra love he needed. She is fantastic and you can tell how much she loves our 🐶!!
