I’ve been around dogs my whole life there’s never been a time I didn’t have one curled up next to me. That lifelong love for animals comes through in how I care for every dog I sit: patiently, attentively, and without cutting corners. Outside of Rover, I’ve spent time in roles where care and reliability were the whole job coordinating activities and looking after residents at a senior living facility, and nannying for families who needed someone they could fully trust. Those experiences taught me how to stay calm, read what someone (two-legged or four-legged) needs, and show up consistently.

For drop in visits and walks, I come prepared with my own supplies ,leashes, waste bags, treats, and anything else needed for a smooth visit, so you don’t have to worry about leaving things out for me. When I arrive, I take time to greet your dog on their terms first, then move into feeding, fresh water, or a walk depending on what’s been arranged. During walks, I stick to the pace and route that suits your dog’s energy and comfort level, and I always keep an eye out for their safety checking collars, avoiding overheated pavement, watching for other animals. Before I leave, I make sure water bowls are full, everything’s tidied up, and I send an update so you know exactly how the visit went.

Here's a draft for that section: **How pet care fits into my routine:** My schedule is flexible, which works out well for dog care I'm not locked into a rigid 9-to-5, so I can adjust to walks, feedings, or drop-ins at different times depending on what a pup needs that day. I also have my own dog at home, so caring for animals isn't a scheduled task I squeeze in it's already part of my everyday rhythm. Whether it's an early morning walk or a midday check in, I build my day around making sure dogs get the attention and consistency they need.
