Pet care experience
Nothing beats time with pets!
I’ve had the joy of fostering five dogs so far, including one who was the longest resident at the rescue. Each experience has been incredibly rewarding and has given me hands-on experience with dogs of all ages, breeds, and energy levels. At home, I have a 160 lb Newfoundland—my big gentle giant—and a King Charles Cavalier. I’ve cared for two stray puppies before they were potty trained, helping them grow, learn, and eventually find their forever homes. I also fostered a high-energy pit bull mix who kept me active with multiple walks and lots of playtime each day. Every dog I’ve cared for has been special in their own way, and I truly love getting to know their personalities and helping them feel safe, happy, and loved. I’m passionate about giving every dog the best life possible and treating them like part of the family.

Nash loves walking with Bailey! They walk very fast which makes Nash excited. He thought Bailey was coming on Monday....he paced the house waiting for her.

Schedule
As a master’s student, I have a flexible schedule that allows me to give your dog or cat plenty of attention throughout the day. Pet care fits naturally into my routine, and I truly enjoy using my breaks to spend quality time with animals, whether that’s going on walks, playing, or just relaxing together. Your pet will get consistent care, attention, and companionship while you’re away. I’m able to adjust to their specific needs and make sure they feel comfortable, safe, and well-loved, just like they would at home.

I will listen to any boundaries that the clients have set in place for their dogs. My dogs personally are allowed of beds and couches!

A typical day
I love spending time outside and staying active, whether that means going on walks or playing with your dog. I’m also just as happy to slow things down—whether it’s relaxing at home, giving attention, or having some cuddle time. I always adjust to your pet’s energy level so they feel comfortable and happy.
