Everything went well. Halo was happy and well cared for. She received plenty of exercise and went on walks at several parks. We received daily updates while away and the house was in good order upon our return.

Ona had a very thoughtful approach in the way that she asked good questions in order to get to know our doggy upon their first meeting. She was sincere in her intention to give quality individualized care. Our dog was well-cared for and the same goes for our home! Upon our return we found our home to be in great shape and even our plants seemed well taken care of! We are very pleased with Ona’s conscientiousness, attention to detail and her wonderful service to our doggy & home. We will book with her again soon!

Ona was great. She took great care of our dog and cats and had a lot of patience when my dog struggled to be watched by someone new. Ona kept the space clean and even did the laundry!

Dogs happy and healthy; all good.

I had a great experience with Ona looking after our two dogs at my place for a week. She did stuff I didn’t even ask her to do, like water the garden, and the boys were delighted with her from the first meeting. My very shy chihuahua, who usually just backs away and barks constantly at new people, found his way into her lap within minutes of meeting her. I was overseas and our cellphone reception was awful. When she couldn’t reach me to ask whether Bobby’s shivering was normal (he’s epileptic, so it was a real question), she used good judgement and called our vet who knew him. I was really happy that she was looking out for my guys. She knows dogs, and she spent most of her time with them each day. She will be the sitter I call for next time, too.
