A typical day
in a typical day breakfast is served at 07:30, after which approximately a hour is spent on snoozie time in order to let breakfast, we then go for our morning walk which is normally between 5and 8 miles unless your dog requires something different, on returning to the house I go upstairs into my workroom and the woofers all choose a bed / space and sleep whilst I work. The boys will interrupt me for cuddles, play treats or to go out. I normally have lunch about 2pm and usually sit in my garden. In the afternoon if the weather is dog walkable we have another walk. the boys have their tea at approximately 5pm. in the evening we all cuddle up on the sofa at about 8pm Weather permitting we have a last walk before a treat and bedtime.

Pet care experience
I am Fully Licenced by my local council & independently Insured A little bit about me.... I have had at least 1 dog in my life my whole life. when I was about 10 I was trusted to walk my and my neighbour's dog on my own, until about 18months ago I had 3 dogs but unfortunately I lost my old black lab to cancer which has left me with my 2 boys Chester (6) and Douglas (5) who are mini wire hared dachshunds they go everywhere with me that allow dogs they even travelled to Spain for my sons wedding and are in his wedding photos. my house is totally doe friendly and so is my large car I am a DOG person I work from home preserving flowers and setting them in resin so I am either home or out waking my boys looking for things to press. my garden Is completely dog escape proof (as Bertie my late Lab was quite an escape artist) it is fenced on the outside with a 12' hedge on the inside which means nobody can look into my garden. I am so confident about this that Chester and Douglas have their own doggie door/tunnel that goes through the dining room wall so they have access to the garden whenever they need it although the back door onto my covered patio is nearly always open. I have a quite large house ( I had 4 children that are all grown) so there is plenty of room for playing, zoomies or just chilling . . . my workroom has 4 dog beds in it alone and all the furniture is covered by throws that are washed regularly so make it all dog friendly. finally you dog will sleep in my home where they are used to sleeping in yours be it the kitchen, lounge, in a crate and even on the bed :)
Reviews

Maisie always has a wonderful time with Babs and her lovely woofers. There's never a backwards glance when we takeaisie there. Babs keeps in regular contact with super photos/videos. On the recent stay Babs texted to say Maisie wasjn't eating too well and would it be OK to try her on something else. The video showed M wolfing it down! Thank you, Babs. Butternut Box arrived yesterday, ordered while we were in Majorca!!.
Mungo and Nessie really enjoyed their stay with Babs receiving a very warm and friendly welcome. Babs is clearly very passionate and caring towards her dogs and I would certainly recommend her to others.

Laika had a great time with Babs and Babs kept us up to date with some nice photos from their walk!

Maisie always has a wonderful time when she goes to stay with Babs: she never hesitates for a moment when we drop her of because she knows she's going to have FUN. Babs sends great photos and updates about what she and the woofers have been up to. Thank you, Babs.🐶
